We use your information to provide and improve LeadsCrux, manage your CRM workspace, enable team collaboration, synchronize lead data from connected Google Sheets, maintain platform security, and deliver customer support.
Google Account Integration
If you choose to connect your Google account, LeadsCrux uses Google's secure OAuth authentication to access only the permissions you explicitly authorize. We request read-only access to your Google Sheets and spreadsheet metadata so you can browse spreadsheets, select a sheet, and import leads into your CRM.
How We Use Google Data
Google Sheets data is used exclusively to import and synchronize leads into your organization's CRM workspace. LeadsCrux does not edit, delete, or modify your spreadsheets, and we never access files outside the permissions granted during authorization.
Data Security & Organization Isolation
Your data is protected using industry-standard security practices. Every organization operates within an isolated workspace, ensuring that leads, activities, pipelines, integrations, and other CRM data remain accessible only to authorized members based on their assigned roles and permissions.
Third-Party Services
LeadsCrux relies on trusted third-party providers, including Google APIs and cloud infrastructure services, to deliver core platform functionality. These providers process data only as necessary to operate the services you use.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or organizational data. Information is shared only when required by law or when necessary to provide essential platform services such as authentication, hosting, security, and Google integrations.
Data Retention
We retain your account and CRM data while your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. If you delete your account or request data removal, we will delete your information within a reasonable period unless we are legally required to retain certain records.
Your Privacy Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You can also disconnect your Google account whenever you choose, which immediately revokes LeadsCrux's ability to access your Google data using stored authentication tokens.
