Welcome to LeadsCrux. By accessing or using our SaaS CRM platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
Platform Usage
LeadsCrux is a cloud-based CRM designed to help businesses manage leads, sales pipelines, team collaboration, and customer relationships. You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Organization owners are responsible for managing member access and assigning appropriate permissions.
Google Sheets Integration
LeadsCrux allows you to securely connect your Google account to browse Google Sheets, select spreadsheets, and import lead data into your CRM. We only request the minimum permissions required to access spreadsheet metadata and read spreadsheet contents. We never modify, delete, or share your Google Sheets without your authorization.
Lead Import & Synchronization
Imported leads are synchronized from the selected Google Sheets into your organization's CRM workspace. LeadsCrux automatically prevents duplicate imports whenever possible. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, ownership, and legality of any data imported into the platform.
Organization Ownership
All leads, pipelines, notes, activities, integrations, and other data created within an organization belong exclusively to that organization. LeadsCrux maintains strict isolation between organizations to protect customer data and prevent unauthorized access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the software, interfere with system security, upload malicious content, or use LeadsCrux for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activities.
Availability & Updates
We continuously improve LeadsCrux through updates, security enhancements, and new features. While we strive for high availability, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, infrastructure updates, or third-party service outages.
Privacy & Data Security
Your data is protected using industry-standard security practices. We do not sell your personal or organizational data. Information collected through LeadsCrux and connected Google services is used solely to provide CRM functionality and improve the platform.
Third-Party Services
LeadsCrux relies on trusted third-party services, including Google APIs and cloud infrastructure providers, to deliver certain features. The availability and performance of these external services are outside our control.
Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise platform security, misuse integrations, or engage in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadsCrux shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including interruptions caused by third-party services such as Google APIs.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, or service improvements. Continued use of LeadsCrux after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
